		<description>A coworker in my department is serving his last week here before moving onto another better paying job for himself. The sad thing is that he was about the only person making this job (note I say &quot;job&quot; and not &quot;dream job&quot;) tolerable, so things around here are going to quickly become rather grim.

I think it has come to the point where nearly everyone in this company is either: A) So miserable of their employment that you are not fronted with overly positive chipper &quot;looks like someone has a case of the Mondays&quot; attitude or B) It&#039;s kind of mindless, meaning people come to work do their thing but don&#039;t really say much in the way of it being satisfying or dissatisfying (which can be a good thing).

Unfortunately for the building I work in, we only have three floors; I think my coworkers would bounce rather than absorb into the pavement.</description>
