		<description>Very interesting and useful post. I agree 100 percent and I think if you own a small business and you want it to grow, you will need to make sure that you avoid those mistakes. Be always reachable for your clients or customers.  And most importantly, make sure you can deliver what you have promised.</description>

Ideally, the experience you deliver for your customers should appear effortless on your part. That only happens when there&#039;s a lot of hard work going on behind the scenes! 

On a contrasting note, it is important to recognize the contributions of these &quot;wizard&quot; employees who make your company look good!
