There’s a certain little period of time each day when you’ve had lunch (hours ago) and it’s not quite supper yet. It’s what I fondly call the Danger Zone – I say fondly because I generally give in to a candy bar, Fritos, or some other lovely temptation awaiting me in my kitchen.
Even people who work outside of the home face the same Danger Zone because the vending machines or kitchen are just mere steps away.
I’m honestly trying to woo myself with healthier snacks, but come on, a handful of Barbecue Frito’s (or Funyuns! Mmmmm, baby.) is pretty hard to beat. Honesty session – if there were a bag of either in front of me right now, I wouldn’t stop until I could wear the bag as a hat.
