I can’t even tell you how attractive the Foot Machine
above looks to my feet, legs, knees, and lower back.
Suffice to say they’re all gathering for a chorus of ooooooohs and ahhhhhhhhhhs. My arms have no idea what’s going on – they just wish they were in on the good time.

My solution, when at my desk, is to sit on my legs or sit with them folded up. Bad habit. One that only worsens the circulation and causes more stiffness.

I honestly can’t make up my mind. I can’t decide if I like wood office desk tops or glass office desk tops better.
Right about the time I think I prefer wood office desk tops, I’ll get a pen mark on one and have to consult every kitchen remedy book in the county to remove it. Then, when I think that glass desk tops are my choice, I remind myself that the wood ones don’t require “smudge busting” with Windex.
Pros and cons for each type of desk, I suppose. Which is why I honestly don’t prefer one over the other. Our home has each. I will say this, however, glass desk tops don’t get those annoying little mystery stains (yellow? really?) or nicks. One of my daughter’s desks looks like the Travelocity Gnome ice skated across the surface…. and not well. At one point, it looks like he just disappeared. Gnome rapture?

We have a standing family tradition in our family on Sundays – my husband can have first crack at every inch of the Sunday paper except for the circulars.
