Great White Shark
Buy This Allposters.com
I have a strange fascination with sharks. One of my daughters is so frightened of sharks she can’t even stand to look at a picture of a shark. When she saw Jaws, she didn’t even want to take a bath. Like all of my girls, I love my daughter more than I love my next breath but a devious part of me would love to have the wall mural above waiting for her the next time she walked through the living room!
What can I say, the delivery wasn’t a picnic.
The stunning shark wall mural is just one of the breathtaking murals available – click through to see the rest. The more I look at this one, the more I want it. What a conversation piece this beauty would be! Somebody warn my daughter.

Adversity Lamina Framed Art Print

The great adversity quote on the framed art print says, “We cannot direct the wind but we can adjust the sails.” Even without the killer quote, this art print would be extraordinary. Love the sailboats and the fact that the print is in black and white.
Very dramatic, that.

Neon, Tokyo, Japan Wall Mural

I have fallen absolutely in love with everything Japan. Owensboro (home) recently got a fantabulous new Japanese restaurant, Ninki’s, and it sort of launched the love affair. They have a Kentucky Roll (sushi) that I could eat 5 times a day…. easily.
I love the beauty of the culture as well. Everything seems so vivid and alive – right about now, in the vile grips of a Monday bent on annoying me, I could use a little vividness.
And sushi wouldn’t hurt….

The Office Poster

If you’ve ever felt like asking your office, “Why – So – Serious???,” here’s your chance. The Office poster, above, reminds everyone that if you look hard enough, you can make fun of just about everyone. Especially in the office – they’re like sitting ducks.

My favorite is the one in front of one of the funniest actors ever ever ever, Steve Carell. It says, “Would I rather be feared or loved? Um, Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.”
Reasonable, that.
