My beloved Cardinals have made it far in the playoffs, and after a year of epic and creative injuries and set backs – that’s nothing short of phenomenal. Even when it looked like their season would end pre-playoffs, I was proud of my guys. They just grinded it out and it’s been one of the funnest baseball seasons I can remember. They play tonight, as a matter of fact, so if you’ll excuse me, I’ll finish this post and begin my pre-game routine of fixing game-time snacks and pacing frantically in circles while talking a mile a minute.
To say I’m excited to see NFL back would be like saying Beyonce is an attractive girl. As she is beyond attractive, I am beyond excited. I happen to be a Denver Bronco’s fanatic and have been for many, many years. I remember Elway in his early years (if only the man could time travel), as well as the exciting years with Shannon Sharpe and Bill Romanowski (when he wasn’t spitting like a llama).
