Another thing to think about when trying to decide if you need a high quality HDMI cable, is that HDMI cables are built to correct errors. The HDMI cable will try to guess what the missing should be and replace it. If this guess is wrong, the signal will be incorrect and errors will still happen. However, with a high quality HDMI cable, the chances of this happening are greatly reduced. Another thing to think about is that you’ve spent a great deal of money on your high definition device so why use a poor quality cable?
