Can’t say that I ever thought I’d find myself blogging about a trash can. Gadgets? Yes. Desks? Yes. Laptop Computers? Yes. Coffee? Hell to the Yes. But trash cans? What’s up with that? I honestly couldn’t help myself, though, as unexpected as it was - I fell hard for this guy. No, he’s not what I was looking for - he’s more…….

You have to, have to check out the IMAX Computer Workcenter from Target.com. I’ve probably seen too many science fiction shows, but I half expect it to start moving and spewing out details about impending doom.
Impending doom aside, this is one sweet workcenter. Can’t promise it’d make the work [...]

This Lamp isn’t just any old lamp. Oh, no - It’s the most coolest lamp you could imagine in your wildest, Office Freakish dreams. It’s from…………….

Have you and your inner shopper ever visited Collegiate Mall.com? Frankly until a few days ago, I’d never even heard of the site. My inner shopper, who I thought was all over anything with the word Mall in its title, hadn’t even heard of it.
Collegiate Mall has desks, chairs, futons, tables, and file [...]

My back and I have been wildly researching desk chairs. A name that keeps coming up is the Aeron Desk Chair. Apparently it gives support where you need it the most. Kind of like a Wonder Bra.
Or not.
The Aeron chair, by Herman Miller, is said [...]

I’m in the thick of studying and pricing laptops. I have been for a while now, but I’ve stepped up my game lately.
We have three computers in our house - and each one is in a room where the light can be seen from our bedroom. Usually not a problem, but our oldest daughter, who is in school and has a job - has essentially one time of day to study or work online. From about 11:00 pm to whenever she’s through - which can be anywhere between 1:00 am and 4:00 am. Last night she was up to about 2:00 am working on a paper and IM-ing with two friends - one who lives in New York and one in California. With Emily here in Kentucky, these girls had the country covered…..

I’ve been working with or on computers since 1992. Not only have I been staring at a computer 8 hours a day at work, it’s also my hobby. I remember my parents, before they got sucked in, asking my how I could stay on the computer so much. They thought the computer was all there [...]

My husband and I are sometimes on different sides of the fence when it comes to our home office - he’s more into the office part of the equation while I’m standing on the home side with a flower arrangement in one hand and scented candles in the other. Fortunately, there’s a gate in the fence, so when he sees his wrongness and my rightness, he can just come right on over to the prettier side…….

Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautifully mesmerizing photographs I’ve ever seen. I love photography - it’s a talent I’ve always wished I possessed. But, alas, my pictures just look like that - pictures. Great photography (like the image above) moves the viewer. It evokes passion and feelings. The photographer in this instance hit it smack out of the ballpark! The red, white, and blue smoke and the reflection of the planes in the water are absolutely gorgeous and would add drama to any office - at home or away….

At the risk of looking like I have a chair mat fixation, I brought some pretty snazzy ones for show and tell. These aren’t your typical plastic variety, (which would explain the price tag I suppose). These are Snapmats and are available only at…..
