Is there anything worse than tiny print? I was reading a great book recently, which happened to have the tiniest words in the history of books. I turned on the floor lamp near my desk which helped considerably but when I came across the sleek lamp ninja above, the Libra Adjustable Desk Lamp, I couldn’t help thinking what a dream come true it would be for office freaks who are also book worms.
This gorgeous, adjustable lamp would be perfect for the office, but it’d also be ideal on a bedside table – when you take your favorite author to bed.
So to speak.
Adjustable desk lamps shine a whole new light on your office productivity. The down-side is that they often look kind of out-dated and unattractive. Fortunately Bellacor.com refuses to do out-dated or unattractive. They specialize in the ridiculously sexy. Yay, them.
Product Description:
A sleek, stylish way to make your workspace more functional, this desk lamp adjusts to a wide variety of positions. It has a combination satin nickel and black finish and a dimmer switch on its base. The bulb is included.

Of course, if you are accident prone, you might want something with a cooler bulb. My favorite adjustable lamp concept is the LEAF from Herman Miller. It’s an LED lamp that doesn’t get too hot to touch. So far, they only have it in red, white, silver, and black. If they had it in green, it would look exactly like a praying mantis. That would be really cool.

I am positively the most accident prone person in the world. My oldest daughter, Emily, does give me a run for the title, though. Great point about the bulb!
