First of all, I apologize for the last About page. I never realized what bad shape it had gotten into. I gave it a stern talking to and it now realizes the error of its ways.

My name is Joi and office supplies do it for me. I'm a wife, mother (3 human daughters, 1 cat daughter, 2 cat sons), web publisher, chocoholic, and coffee drinker extraordinaire. I love to cook, read (from the Bible to Dean Koontz), watch movies, and listen to music. I have splendid little addictions to Andy Griffith, I Love Lucy, LOST, The Biggest Loser, Survivor, and The Amazing Race. There'll never be a cure for these addictions, and if there were one, I'd run from it. I enjoy yoga, walking, photographing nature, and could easily work in a flower bed for 3 days straight.

My family (human and feline) is my world and I love animals beyond all reason.

Finally - I have zero tolerance for anyone who'd so much as look cross-eyed at an animal and I had rather kiss an alligator flat on the lips than to get within 500 feet of a racist.
