I love just about all things Oriental - the food, the art, the writings, the clothes. Everything’s just so beautiful and exotic!
This set of bookmarks is no exception.

If you spend as much time at a desk as I do (at least 6 hours a day), you’re all too familiar with the backaches, the muscle tension, the aches, the pains, etc. Research has shown that long hours at the desk can cause a host of problems: lower back pain, fatigue, headaches, a loss of flexibility, and even lead to poor posture. I add to my own woes by having a weird tendency to sit on at least one leg most of the time. I’ve been known to pull them both up into the chair with me. A quick self check just discovered that I’m doing it now, actually.
Certified personal trainer and founder of “Get Fit in 6″ suggests that those of us who are in this particular boat look into purchasing a “foam roller” and/or a Medicine Ball
The image at the top of the post is a foam roller. Target sells this particular one. You can click HERE to find it online, but if you have a Target near you, I’m pretty sure they’d have it in stock.
I’ve never tried one of these foam rollers, but I HAVE used a Medicine Ball
I’ve also treated my feet to smaller medicine balls before after a long day at the mall. Shopping can be pretty draining on a body, too. Rubbing the soles of your feet over the balls gives them a great little massage that makes them happy campers again.

Have you checked out the gorgeous wall murals at All Posters? They’re totally amazing. There are skylines, world maps, bamboo forests, national parks, Saturn, oceans, etc. Being a world class surfer, I naturally chose the one above to include in the post. You didn’t know that about me, did you - the whole fearless surfer girl thing? Oh, yeah, I’m amazing. I search out the fiercest waves on earth, then I ride the hell out of them. The more sharks around me, the better I like it. If they get too close, I just ride them, too.
True story.

Yesssss! The stapler doesn’t have to reign supreme on the desk alone. She has blinging buddies. Above, we have the Swarovsky Crystal Tape Dispenser, currently on sale for $180.00.
Below is the Swarovski Crystal Pen Holder. This beauty is on sale for $244.00. I think she’s actually my favorite. My husband would say it’s because it’s the most expensive of the three….so, naturally it’s my favorite.
He’s so cute when he understands the inner workings of my mind. Scary, but cute.

You can now say you’ve seen what a $150.00 stapler looks like. $156.00 to be exact - and that’s on sale, thank you very much. This high falutin stapler is normally priced at $195.
The Swarovski Crystal Stapler is a beauty, I have to hand it to her. All decked out in her crystal bling, she’s fine and apparently knows it. The web site says, “This Swarovski Crystal covered stapler will make everyone in the office jealous.” and I can’t argue with that.
