I came across a great website this morning - kind of stumbled upon it, actually, while researching an article for SHD. The website is geared toward helping people find the right home business for them. There are countless articles, which happen to be very informative and well-written, on a wide variety of subjects. One of the more interesting ones was about turning your photography hobby into a business. For anyone who’s good with a camera, that’d be a great way to make extra cash while doing something you enjoy.
Another article that stood out was one about Cleaning Offices. I thought it’d be a pretty good fit for our readers here.
The thing about starting your own business is that you can put as little or as much into it as you want. It can be a full time career or a part time money-maker…..a means of buying a new water bed or just extra money for a new comforter.
Click the link above to read more about “cleaning up” while cleaning up, and while you’re there - have a look around, I promise you it’s more than worth your time. I couldn’t read all of the articles I wanted to at once, so I bookmarked them for later. I have a waterbed AND comforter on my mind, so I’m going back!

It’s words that put the fear of God into my husband every time I say them, but I totally want to redecorate our home. Totally - as in every room. Sometimes the urge comes on slowly, like a recent infatuation with all things Asian. Sometimes it hits hard like my obsession with all things related to the sea - of course, we were living in Florida, at the time, so it was logical. But lighthouses, seashells and pelicans in Kentucky? It confuses the cats.
My newest love is rustic cabin furniture and cabin decor. And I have a feeling that this isn’t a passing fancy, I could surround myself with these beautiful things, happily, forever. I wanted you to see some of the beautiful furniture pieces I came across this morning. I was looking for accents - like pillows, lamps, kitchen lovelies - but I got sidetracked with some amazing Old Hickory Furniture.
All of the above pieces are from Black Forest Decor.com. In addition to Cabin Rustic furniture, they also have lamps, kitchen decor, antler lighting, moose decor, bear decor, Rustic chandeliers, rustic bedding, garden decor, coat racks, newspaper bins, etc…
There are far too many beauties to show off in one post, so I strongly urge you to head over to the site to check them out for yourself. I swear, they have more things than you could ever imagine. Click the link below and get ready to be impressed.

If you’ve been working harder than you should, I’ve got just the thing to distract you for a little bit. You know what they say about all work and no play….it’s sad but true.
Head over to Atom Smasher’s Office Generator and have a little mindless, crazy fun. There are other generators, too - this one’s just a good place to start.
How did we ever not get any work done before the internet?
